Meeting Notes 05-03-2009

 

• Commodore and vice Commodore drink discount reviewed. Old policy allowed whole family drinks for half price. This policy has been adjusted so that only the vice commodore and Commodore drinks are half price.

• The Contract for the kids camp has been placed under review for the second 5 year term. This second contract was being reviewed last year but was not approved and now any contracts of this type most be approved by a simple majority of the membership.

• A general contractor has offered to build out the screened in room including all architectural plans and permits for a Equity membership and one free year of dues. At this time we are asking any members that might want to bid on this deal for themselves or know of someone that might want to bid to contact the board.

• An assessment of 500 dollars per equity member was approved to address the 22 thousand delinquent property tax bill. This assessment will be levied in June 2009.
