• Our first attempt at membership dues billing after a reconciling of our books has just taken place. If you feel there are any issues with your membership dues please contact Pat or drop off a copy of the billing statement along with any notes, cashed checks or bank statements so we can get it cleared up Pat would really like your help in getting everybody’s account cleaned up.
• The board will be reviewing the overall club plan for the summer session this next board meeting so if you have any ideas please pass them along or just plan on attending the board meeting which is the first Friday of every month.
•  One of the biggest items on this months meeting is the move to open a small Bar/Grill for the summer. This will allow the club to better service weekend members taking advantage of the pool and other facilities.

• Rebuild the Screened in room next to the bar. We need materials and a expert to develop the building plan for the city. Once that is complete we need someone with the knowledge to build the room out.
• We are looking at building a birthday area for both members and rental that would be placed closer to the pool on the other side from the grill. This would require the building of a wood deck and fencing and also would require building plans for the city.
• We need a team to repair the outdoor grill area. If someone wants to get a team together please contact anyone on the board and we will be happy to get the paint and equipment together for your team.
• The club needs someone or some group of individuals to work to clean up the Banquet room. This includes replacing the closet doors, fixing all the dry wall dings, painting and overall providing some TLC.
• Team To finish up grill area moving roof out to cover all back and then move fryer and oven over to new created area leaving bar area free.
• Team to clean up Horseshoe pits adding new sand and markers. 

If you have other project ideas please feel free to let any of the board members know and we will be sure to bring it up in the next board meeting.
